"A low-key Japanese dining spot in Henderson offers its own spin on ramen bowls and quick Japanese fare a short distance from the Galleria at Sunset. Housed at the corner of Sunset Road and Stephanie Street in the Whitney Ranch Center (taking over the former Grand Kebab space), the small restaurant is decorated with comic book–style panels and serves appetizers such as gyoza, crispy rice with tuna, takoyaki, and agedashi (deep-fried tofu). Signature ramen—served in a tonkotsu broth and priced $9.95–$11.95—features options like kimchi, curry, black garlic, and a “BBQ” variety, while classic ramen bowls (shoyu, miso, chicken) are $7.95. Familiar sushi-roll sides, stuffed jalapeño, Brussels sprouts, soft-shell crab tempura, and a deep-fried Japanese cheesecake round out the menu. Open daily (11 a.m.–10 p.m., with Sundays starting at 1 p.m.)." - Bradley Martin
