Las Vegas’s 15 Most Classic Dishes | Eater Vegas

"This family-owned doughnut shop has been in town since the 1960s. Its doughnuts are no-frills, but with maple-coated bars, sugary twists, and iced crullers this good, there’s no need to expand into the Instagram-born genre of mega doughnuts. True to its roots as a breakfast food, these often run out before noon. But the glazed doughnut is all things soft and fluffy with a thin, flaky coating that manages not to swerve into “too sweet” territory. Grab one (or two) with a cup of coffee to go." - Janna Karel
