The restaurant specializes in sushi and traditional Japanese dishes, including chicken teriyaki, pork donburi, and Japanese curry. For sushi, there’s a la carte options for snapper, tuna, scallop, sea urchin, and more, along with signature rolls like the Baltimore (cucumber, lettuce, scallion, jumbo lump crab salad, ponzu, and avocado crema) and the Shogun (spicy salmon and mirin glazed carrots rolled in chicharron crumbs and topped with crispy garlic chili oil).
