Otaku Ramen Officially Opens at the Factory in Franklin | Eater Nashville
"I can now visit Otaku Ramen's new Franklin outpost, the fourth location from chef/owner Sarah Gavigan and the brand's first in Williamson County; it officially opened Saturday, February 11 at the Factory in Franklin. The Franklin menu brings favorites from Otaku’s other Nashville spots like the hot chicken bun and the Tennessee tonkotsu ramen, and introduces a new drink menu featuring beer, sake, batch cocktails, frozen drinks, and boba. The location offers walk-in seating as well as to-go and delivery Monday–Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and runs daily happy hour specials from 4 to 6 p.m." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones
