"The second location of a high-end, eco-minded, "carbon-positive" hotel that opened in Denver last year; it opens on May 22 in Pioneer Square as part of a larger Railspur development. The property features a restaurant called Salt Harvest and a cafe space that will serve Monorail Espresso coffee. Developer Urban Villages is making a major bet on the neighborhood: Railspur will also contain three Renee Erickson restaurants and a new location of the famed cocktail chain Death and Co., all set to open later this year." - Harry Cheadle
