"I learned that Acme Smoked Fish has signed a 10-year lease at 1 Wythe Avenue and will take an 18,000-square-foot space on the development's third floor; the project—reported to have been stalled for years due to suggested environmental issues—will also house a multi-level Brooklyn Brewery. The fourth-generation business, around since 1906, will remain nearby on Gem Street (where it turns into a shop on Fridays), and the Wythe Avenue location will be an addition rather than a relocation, according to the team." - Emma Orlow
