"A Denver-born pizzeria and taphouse is opening its first Texas location next month in the Grandscape mixed-use development at 5752 Grandscape Boulevard in The Colony, bringing New York–style pies and a long tap list to the area. Founded in suburban Denver in 2007 and now grown to eight Colorado locations plus one in Charlotte, N.C., the concept builds pizzas with dough and sauce made fresh daily and hand-grated fresh mozzarella, and complements its handmade pies with Buffalo wings, hefty calzones, salads and sandwiches.
