"I've noticed Logan Airport has long lagged behind other U.S. airports in showcasing the city's food scene, but there's recently been a deliberate push by concessions manager MarketPlace Development to change that by featuring versions of Boston favorites; Lucca and Kelly’s Roast Beef have already opened and many more spots are on the way (including Santarpio’s Pizza, Sullivan’s, Trade, Saloniki, Tico, Alta Strada, Monument Restaurant & Tavern, Not Your Average Joe’s, B. Good, Mija Cantina & Tequila Bar and the recently announced Shōjō).
