"In Leesburg’s boutique new Hotel Burg, this open-fire restaurant from Jason Miller (The Wine Kitchen) and acclaimed chef Vincent Badiee—whose résumé includes Eleven Madison Park, Daniel Boulud’s Maison Premiere, and D.C.’s Michelin-starred Fiola—opens with seafood towers, cheese boards, chips and caviar, tableside bread service, and hush puppies with smoked trout roe, followed by mussels, lobster Thermidor, foie gras, duck leg tacos, venison tartare, and hummingbird cake. A flame-fed section dubbed “the Hunt” showcases wild game and foraged ingredients, and the setting channels a “Ralph Lauren Paris” aesthetic with wood paneling, chocolate-toned banquettes, a handsome brass bar, and a fireplace-framed brick patio." - Tierney Plumb
