The barbecue restaurant first opened in 1946 in South Pasadena before expanding to Claremont in 2018. Order the cast-iron cornbread, pulled pork, and glazed ribs, and charred jalapeño grits for a full feast as reward for finishing one of the area’s most challenging hikes.
