"The owner paid $8 million for multiple Larimer Street parcels (2200, 2222, 2224 and 2234) to convert a Ballpark building into a new restaurant expected to open in 2020, with designers and partners reimagining the space. The concept is a chef-driven, casual eatery with a bar and rooftop that emphasizes a locally rooted, inclusive vibe and lively energy inspired by Coloradans’ love of sports, the outdoors and healthy living. It is known for sprawling indoor areas, outdoor activities and rooftop seating with killer views, combining food and drink with music and games; the operator currently runs a flagship location near Coors Field plus sites in LoDo, Centennial and Littleton, and is planning another location in Colorado Springs. Francois Safieddine, who previously owned several Denver dance clubs, is leading the expansion alongside Lotus Concepts’ Brad Manske." - Gigi Sukin
