"Bar Snack has opened from bartender Iain Griffiths (most recently head of brand at Empirical Spirits), in partnership with Oliver Cleary (owner behind one of Greenpoint’s best dive bars Minnows). Bar Snack divides cocktail sizes into “One & Some’s”, “Crushers”, and “Big Licks.” There are strawberry and snap pea drinks, margaritas with apricot, pumpkin spice espresso martinis, and more. A full menu will follow in January, but the bar will start with snacks like Cool Ranch deviled eggs, peanut butter noodles, and lamb kofta sandwiches." - Emma Orlow
