"In the heart of LoDo’s historic Dairy Block, Seven Grand has the cozy feel of an 1850s English tavern, with wood paneling, equestrian motif wallpaper, tartan carpeting, and mounted game trophies. The bar features red bucket bar stools, while the main space is occupied by several billiards tables. Seven Grand, which has locations in Austin, Los Angeles, and San Diego, is known for its whiskey program, which features more than 700 premium whiskeys, along with other spirits. Their version of the Manhattan is a riff on the Black Manhattan, using Angel’s Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Barrels, amaro to add depth, plus black walnut and candied orange bitters, garnished with an orange peel.
