"An outdoor, seasonal pop-up lounge opening April 9 that recreates a popular resort pop-up vibe, located off the resort’s lobby patio and overlooking the pool. The setup features picnic tables and outdoor lounge furniture beneath a canopy of bistro lights, with a terrace designed to feel like a Mediterranean garden—complete with a small vineyard, sandy beach area and lush greenery. Cocktails are a focus (each $13), including A Thousand Blossoms (St‑Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon, soda and Prosecco), Old Fashioned Romance (Four Roses Yellow Label, mango‑honey syrup and orange bitters) and Weekend In Coronado (Avion Silver, grapefruit, guava, lime and soda); wines are offered by the glass, bottle and as flights. Snack options and small plates are geared toward sharing and pairings: spicy almonds, honey‑roasted cashews and wasabi nuts ($12); white, milk and dark chocolates ($10); a charcuterie dome with chorizo, capocollo, smoked Gouda and mince paste ($15); fruit ($15); and fennel sea salt kettle chips with garlic Boursin onion dip ($12). The pop-up operates Fridays and Saturdays from 6–11 p.m., beginning April 9, and welcomes walk‑ins." - Susan Stapleton
