Bamboo Sushi is Headed to Lake Oswego - Eater Portland
"Bamboo Sushi is opening a new location in Lake Oswego on January 9. The restaurant will feature familiar menu items like sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi, along with new additions such as pan-roasted trout and unique off-menu specials. The venue will emphasize sustainability in both its seafood sourcing and building design. The restaurant will also have a warmer aesthetic with Japanese influences, featuring wood tones, natural greenery, and art by Portland-based photographer Corey Arnold.
