"Fast-casual seafood restaurant B & B Fish opens on November 2 at 195 Pleasant St., the latest project from Boston restaurateur Jason Santos (Buttermilk & Bourbon, Citrus & Salt, Abby Lane). Buttermilk & Bourbon chef Jeff DeCandia is also involved, serving a menu that melds New England shoreline cuisine with Southern influences: Think dishes like beer-battered fish and chips; duck fat fried whole belly clams; and fried shrimp. Buttermilk & Bourbon’s fried chicken and biscuits are also both available, and lobster rolls (hot or cold) are a Sunday special.
