"Fitting for a cocktail bar that likes to upend expectations, the Uncanny features an all-vegan menu stuffed with comforting, decidedly meat-influenced bar food including fried “chicken” sandwiches on sesame seed buns and “chicken” Caesar wraps with fried capers from House of Fried Chick’N. There’s also “chicken” strips that can be dusted with Cajun flavor or Chinese five-spice, and a selection of sides, salads, and sandwiches like a pulled Jackfruit Cuban or the Uncanny Fries loaded with vegan “beef,” melted cheese, pepper relish, mushrooms, grilled onions, avocado, herbs, and Super Sauce.
