"Scheduled for a November debut at 825 Garnet Avenue in Pacific Beach in a space that has housed several other ramen shops, this Ramen Ryoma will offer the same house signature ramen and izakaya-style small plates, with a specialization in Sapporo-style miso ramen built on a long-simmered pork bone broth mixed with a miso base made in small, 12-serving batches and served with hand-massaged “temomi” noodles; shio and shoyu broth options will also be available." - Candice Woo
