Miraflores is El Dorado County's premium destination for wine and food pairing events, specializing in Summer PAIRINGS lunches from July to October on their scenic patio overlooking high elevation estate vineyards. These events feature four course chef prepared menus expertly paired with wine, chosen from the winery's onsite Sommelier. These events are highlighted among many other food and wine centric events held at the beautiful tasting room in addition to year round complimentary barrel tasting. With 220 acres, including 42 of which are planted vines, with various micro climates, there are 16 different varietals planted on the estate. Renowned winemaker Marco Cappelli and his protege, Fernando Abarca, are masters at creating bold and elegant hand crafted wines that blend new and old world techniques.
