Its early menu lists 19 tequilas and more than two dozen whiskeys, plus signature creations such as the La Brulee Tourbe (made with Johnnie Walker Red Blended Scotch, burnt sugar syrup, and laphroaig mist) and the Paloma Con Cerveza (Patron Reposado tequila, fresh lime, agave, and grapefruit radler).
