"At Reston Town Center I’m looking forward to a 6,400-square-foot North Italia opening July 31 at 11898 Market Street; the national chain known for made-from-scratch pizzas and pasta is bringing its first Virginia location after opening D.C.’s first outpost in Foggy Bottom in February. The menu will include white truffle garlic bread made with three cheeses, pizzas topped with roasted mushroom, cipollini onion and smoked mozzarella, pasta options like squid ink mafaldine, and cocktails at the bar such as a Sicilian Margarita featuring blanco tequila, fiorente elderflower, greenbar ginger, cucumber, and lime. At opening the restaurant will serve lunch Monday–Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., brunch Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and dinner Sunday–Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday–Saturday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m.; it is also hosting a job fair for prospective employees on July 3, July 5–6, and July 8–13 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m." - Adele Chapin
