"A Burnsville transplant, Bricksworth Beer Co. has opened a second location in Minneapolis’s North Loop at 305 N. 5th Avenue, Suite 105, pairing craft beers with Detroit-style rectangular, pan-baked pizza that features a crispy cheese crust. The menu leans toward classic Italian toppings—pepperoni, cremini mushrooms, prosciutto, anchovies, and mozzarella—while also offering specials like a Swedish meatball pizza and a “Minnesota sushi roll,” plus chicken wings and salad. It’s open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays and 11 a.m. to midnight on weekends, providing a much-needed casual late-night spot in the area." - Justine Jones
