A new hub for restaurants in Downtown Las Vegas plans to feature breakfast, tacos, croissants, and more | Eater Vegas

"At the new 201 Las Vegas Boulevard S. complex, San Diego’s Broken Yolk Cafe will take the prime corner position, occupying a roomy 4,659-square-foot full-service casual restaurant with an additional 1,326-square-foot patio that wraps around the intersection. The planned 2,200-square-foot dining area will install booth seating and feature a vintage Pacific Beach design; the California chain successfully expanded to Town Square in 2019 and became a local favorite for American diner and classic breakfast dishes, with a second location in the works for the southwest and a tentative spring arrival downtown." - Bradley Martin
