"The brand has launched a lighter product line called Moo-Phoria with three indulgent-sounding flavors — Chocolate Milk & Cookies, Caramel Cookie Fix, and P.B. Dough — designed to hit a middle ground between traditional pints and ultra-low-calorie competitors. Each pint contains 560, 600, and 640 calories respectively (140, 150, and 160 per half-cup serving), which is substantially fewer than some existing pints from the same maker (for example, one rival pint clocks in at 1,360 calories) but not as low as Halo Top’s offerings. The recipes reduce fat and sugar while keeping dough swirls and cookie pieces to preserve the crunch customers expect, and calorie counts are printed prominently on the front of the label as a reminder not to consume an entire pint in one sitting. All three flavors debut in grocery stores this week." - Clint Rainey
