"This nostalgic South Beach bar is exactly what a fun night out in Miami's perpetually touristy neighborhood has been missing. The AC is cold, the mirrors and neon are plentiful, and there's a functioning fish tank behind the bar. Brother's Keeper isn't too chaotic but you could still scream along to a Hall & Oates song without getting death stares. The cocktails are strong (a few come with a little snack too).
