"We wouldn’t recommend eating barbecue at Stubb’s. To be fair, we’ve never tried it, and we’re not even sure it exists. Stubb’s is first and foremost a ticketed outdoor bandshell stage where headliners like Black Pumas and Orville Peck shout “I love you, Austin.” Even if there’s a proper mosh pit, the towering trees, uplit in purple and red and blocking the eyesore that is I-35, lull you into a state of peacefulness.
