"It might not be the law to have a Seattle dog at a Mariners game, but it should at least be an ordinance—and the oversized Ultimate is the one to get. The version is located in several places at T-Mobile Park and done exceptionally well at Bavarian Meats in section 131. Some may prefer grill marks on their stadium dog, but we like that these are boiled with all those juices staying intact once you get to your seat. There’s also a nice sweet-spicy ratio of caramelized onions to jalapeño. Just note that the overly soft bun can fall apart easily—stock up on napkins unless you brought a jersey change for the later innings." - Gabe Guarente
