"Borealis is an all-day Nordic spot in Borough, and it’s a good bet for some modern Scandi interiors and a serious dose of lingonberries when you don’t have the time to high-tail it to Oslo. It’s the kind of restaurant that can cover a whole host of situations. This place will work as well for a swift business breakfast involving Swedish potato pancakes, as it will for a sit-down, or takeaway, Smorrebrod lunch. But if you’re coming here for a proper dinner over some riesling and moody lighting, be sure to get the frikadeller with pickled cucumber, mashed potato, gravy, and, of course, lingonberries." - Heidi Lauth Beasley
