"You’ll find American cuisine with a farm-to-table ethos at Arlo, located in the Marmalade District near the Utah State Capitol building. Its largely seasonal menu changes often, but frequently features a hearty soup, empanadas, and meats sourced through its sustainable, whole-animal butchery program.
