Heard. Burgers - Review - Southwark - London - The Infatuation

"Heard’s dining room—bright, airy, with people in shirts cutting burgers before eating them—is somewhere beef juices are hastily wiped from chins. Still, smash aside, everything tastes good, especially the addition of jalapeño hot honey and buttery buns. Slightly jammy, spicy-sweet jalapeño hot honey plays well with the savoury, mild Ogleshield cheese. The glossy bun is nice too.
