"One of the top dim sum spots in Sunset Park, Bamboo Garden makes some especially good siu mai and har gow—but the roast meats are why we keep coming back. You’ll see duck and pork on display near the entrance, and it’s important that you have these things in front of you at some point throughout your meal.
