"It’s no secret that LA is short on Greek restaurants, so we’re excited to check out Deme at DTLA’s Hotel Figueroa. Deme leans Greek, but also pulls from Lebanon, Turkey, and Cyprus. Expect duck shawarma, fattoush salad, and manti bathed in a paprika brown butter sauce.
