Why We Like It: Somehow Liberty Kitchen & Oysterette, a seafood restaurant in River Oaks, managed to squeeze generous courses of parmesan-crusted chargrilled oysters, blackened redfish with jumbo lump crab, and white chocolate raspberry bread pudding as options (yes, there’s more!) on its three-course HRW menu.
