"Thach Che Hien Khanh is a tiny, dimly lit dessert shop where everyone in Little Saigon goes to satisfy their post-dinner sweet-tooth. It’s cash only and there’s no printed menu to speak of, but you’re going to want one of their ché beverages (a coconut milk-based dessert drink filled with everything from boba to pom seed jelly to mung bean).
