So it’s great that they do at Heffer BBQ, the resident pop-up at Whiner Beer in Back Of The Yards. The wings are tender and crispy, and have a deep oaky flavor from the smoker. They’re plenty flavorful on their own, but when covered in both the sweet coffee or tangy mustard BBQ sauces, it’s apparent that this place takes their sauce game seriously, too.
