Hae-Nam Kalbi & Calamari - Review - Shoreline - Seattle - The Infatuation

"One of the best group dinner spots within Seattle city limits is tucked into a Shoreline strip mall. Head to Hae-Nam Kalbi & Calamari on Aurora the next time you want to pile in a big booth with some friends and eat a lot of delicious Korean food. While you can get large combo meals for anywhere from $70-100, we prefer to pick a couple of larger entrees (that are all mostly under $30) and create our own memorable feast of unlimited banchan, bibimbap, melty cheese-topped ddukbokki, and sticky-sweet charred kalbi. The o-bool-sah is particularly a standout, as this spicy hot pot filled with curling calamari, paper-thin slices of tender bulgogi, and vermicelli noodles could easily feed four people as an entree. Pair this with some soju, beer, and/or the Korean cooking shows that play on their TV in the background." - Carlo Mantuano
