The neighborhood cheesesteak shop is where locals call the landline for their regular Thursday night pizza. They’re thin, crispy, and covered with volcanic cheese. But the restaurant is best known for its real-deal philly cheesesteaks. The bread is soft and fluffy. The meat is charred and curled from the flattop.
