"The team behind Valhalla and Apolonia closed S.K.Y. in Pilsen a few months ago, which means it has been a few months too long without their lobster dumplings. Thankfully, the New American restaurant has returned, this time in Lincoln Park’s luxurious Belden-Stratford building. Like the previous location, S.K.Y.'s industrial-chic design and moody lighting make it a great date night spot when you're ready to step up from "spontaneous casual." More importantly, those incredible dumplings are back. Some tasty newcomers also appear on the menu, like juicy tikka masala lamb meatballs, a take on mapo tofu with whipped ricotta as a soybean stand-in, and a fantastic tropical pavlova. Unlike awkward small talk with classmates we haven’t seen in decades, this is a reunion with potential for something more, whether we come back for a date night or a solo bite at the bar with great wine." - adrian kane, john ringor, nick allen, adrian kane, nick allen, nick allen, john ringor, john ringor, nick allen, john ringor, nick allen, nick allen, nick allen, john ringor, john ringor, john ringor, john ringor, john ringor, adrian kane, john ringor, john ringor, john ringor, john ringor, john ringor, john ringor, john ringor
