This chicken was clearly designed by the hungry, for the hungry. It’s tea brined, twice battered, buttermilk soaked fried chicken, and it’s very tasty. The spot itself is not somewhere you come for a sit down meal with your loved ones, it’s more of a smash-and-grab fried chicken situation.
