"Paseo Catracho looks like a diner two detectives might meet at. Only instead of waffles and bacon, those two grizzled veterans of the force would congregate in this Little Havana restaurant over baleadas and taquitos to solve the case. During the week, the wood-paneled booths fill up with solo diners and coworkers in ties and pencil skirts ready to fuel up on classic Honduran dishes and cold beer. Get the tacos catrachos. The rolled-up crispy tacos are about a foot long and come with a squiggle of crema, a sprinkle of salty cheese, and a side of spicy pickled vegetables we wish they sold at our neighborhood Publix. Come on a sunny Saturday, snag a booth, and yap nonsense with friends over crunchy tacos and dense baleadas. photo credit: Cleveland Jennings / @eatthecanvasllc" - Mariana Trabanino
