"Long lines at Borough Market can sometimes result in disappointment, but not at Shuk;. So if there’s a wait at the Israeli stall, know the generously stuffed pitas are worth it. Our favourite filling in the springy bread is juicy chicken shawarma with plenty of garlicky toum, herby schug, and crunchy salad.
