"Cosmo’s is the kind of place where the diner next to you will likely ask the server how her sister’s surgery went while she pours a coffee refill. The classic breakfast—two eggs, potatoes, meat, and pancakes—is under $15 with tax and tip, and will hit the spot even if the potatoes could be crispier. At lunch, go for things like the loaded Greek fries that come topped with tzatziki and gyro meat. The space is a perfect ‘50s-style diner, with mostly booths so you don’t have to request one.
