Little Coyote - Review - Long Beach - Los Angeles - The Infatuation
"When people asked us about our favorite pizza in Long Beach, our answer for many years was Little Coyote. Since then the pizzeria has changed hands to new owners, and while it still makes great pies, they don't necessarily reach the heights they used to. They've got two locations in Long Beach, but we prefer the one on the Eastside for its casual dining room and massive outdoor patio. Their pizza is an ode to New York style, crossed with the thin, cheesy slices you'd have after childhood soccer team parties. The basic pepperoni is a solid pick, but we're also fans of the not-too-heavy white pie, topped with spinach, garlic, Calabrian chiles, and dollops of ricotta." - Brant Cox
