"Grab a seat on the terrace and take in the scene-y energy of Ruzafa over a few rounds of vermut. Inside, warm lighting, neon signs, and old Campari and vermut posters blend right in with the nearby vintage shops and well-curated record stores. Their selection spans Spain’s diverse vermut-producing regions, and they also offer a handful of vermut-based cocktails, like the sweet and frothy Moreneta (vermut rojo and beer), or the vermut-heavy Negroni—poured generously, topped with a couple of olives (which should absolutely be more of a thing)—at a steal for €6. They serve classic tapas, but spring for the lágrimas de pollo, a crunchy, meaty sleeper hit." - David Neimanis
