"We feel like skipping when we enter the airy pink and yellow shop of Buttersweet Bakery. Filled with butterfly and flower art and vintage Barbies on several display shelves, the downtown Hapeville bakery just has that effect. While the shop is cute and fun, this place has been a two-decade-long neighborhood staple thanks in large part to their seasonally rotating tarts. If you’re here during the fall and winter, get the velvety, pleasantly-spiced sweet potato tart.
