"After opening Somerville a few months back, Issa Rae is back with another restaurant project—this time, it’s a pizza shop that takes over Hilltop Coffee in DTLA after 3pm. Downtown Dough serves Neopolitan-style pies with toppings like truffle fondue and cauliflower, or spicy pepperoni with fresno chiles. There’s also a full cocktail and spritz bar, plus pastas and snacks like focaccia and fried calamari. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Cathy Park
