"Beer’s better when you can drink it all day—something that is very possible at Redhook Brewlab. It’s kind of like an indoor theme park for people who like interesting beer: they open at noon, and they have a patio with a firepit, a back room with a hand shuffleboard table, and a bunch of experimental, small-batch beers on tap. We’re talking raspberry saisons, peach and mango IPAs, and darker ales brewed with coffee.
