"Stem and Glory might sound like a flower shop with a penchant for the dramatic, but it’s actually an all-day vegan restaurant near the Barbican. This place serves the kind of plant-based food that makes you feel like you could run a marathon, or at the very least make it back up the office stairs without having to stop for breath. Think rainbow bowls, jackfruit bao burgers, kimchi pancakes, and a vegan full-English on the weekends.
