Puerto 511 Cocina Peruana - Review - Downtown - Baltimore - The Infatuation
"Located between Downtown Baltimore and Mount Vernon, you’d be forgiven for missing the door to this intimate cocina. You have to buzz your way in to get into the small dining space that’s a little poorly lit and a little unremarkable in its decor. But the question marks stop there, because everything else is pretty impeccable. The seasonal Peruvian tasting menu features excellent courses like ceviche in tiger’s milk, or well-seasoned veal skewers served with Peruvian corn and rocoto pepper sauce.
