"After an eight-month stint at Westfield Century City, this ramen shop from Japan has resurfaced in Rowland Heights. The signature nikutama broth is made with chicken, pork, and beef, and looks thick enough to patch drywall. There are a few other creamy broths on the menu, like the nitoryu made with tonkotsu and seafood, plus chashu bowls, karaage, and gyoza. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Cathy Park
